About Us
Anodyne Dental Pharma Inc. (ADP) is the only Dental Pharmaceutical Company in the US whose
sole focus will be directed in the Dental Pharmaceutical Marketplace. ADP will be headquartered
in Austin Texas and will initially deploy 20 field sales representatives covering nineteen major
territories across nine states. Additionally, ADP will hire approximately 4 office/warehouse
support personnel to staff the Corporate Office.
ADP will initially market customize and value Added Pharmaceuticals as well as Innovative Drug
Delivery Systems, such as, ORA-PAK and PERIDENE with MediChew Technology primarily to Oral
Surgeons, General Dentist and Periodontist. ADP's customer base will also include Independent
Retail Pharmacies, Pharmacy Chain Stores: Eckerd Drugs, Walgreens and CVS; Chain Dental Clinics,
Private Dental Offices, Dental Schools, and 431 Government Clinics. Additionally, ADP has
cultivated the support of The University of Texas Dental Branch Houston and Howard University
School of Dental Sciences, Washington D.C. These institutions will fulfill our clinical trial
requirements for FDA approval of PERIDENE.

MANAGEMENT
Larry C. Lawhon Chairman
Larry Lawhon, began his pharmaceutical career in 1982. He was instrumental in the success and
the growth of Russ Pharmaceuticals where he served as Sales Representative, District Manager,
Corporate Development Manager, and Director of Sales Development. Additionally, Mr. Lawhon
has held various positions with other pharmaceutical companies and is an active investor in
several past and present companies. Mr. Lawhon received a Bachelor of Science Degree from
Auburn University.
Lawrence Collins II Principal
Lawrence Collins, has been very successful in the Pharmaceutical Industry since 1989. He began
his career at Lederle Laboratories, as an Office Based Representative and rapidly advanced to
the Hospital Specialty Group covering the teaching Institutions in the Texas Medical Center. He
joined Merck & Co. in 1996. While at Merck & Co., Mr. Collins served as a Hospital Representative,
District Trainer, and Training Coordinator for the Hospital and Specialty Care Group. Additionally,
Mr. Collins was founder and CEO of Texas Golf Depot, a retail golf store in Houston. Mr. Collins
received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rice University and was also accepted in the Pre-Med
Program at Houston Baptist University.
